The Castos team is looking for an experienced podcaster to join our team as a Podcast Coach.
This is largely a customer-facing role where you would be responsible for helping ensure the success of our Castos Productions editing services customers. We offer a variety of ongoing productions services as well as new podcast launch services for those new shows just looking to get off the ground.
In this role you would be the customer-facing ambassador of the Castos Productions brand, particularly early on in a customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Help customers launch their podcasts
- Help keep a new customer moving through our detailed podcast launch process and communicate that progress to them.
- Consult with customers on setup, gear, content mapping, and with launch/marketing prep during realtime Zoom calls
- Be available for Customer Success calls for those customers who want to “make a better podcast”. This can be both regarding audio quality, setup, and software, as well as helping craft a more engaging story arc and creative direction for their shows.
- Work with the Castos sales team to identify new market opportunities and ways to enhance our value proposition to customers and the market
- Work with Productions Manager to streamline internal processes and speed/efficiency of our service both internally and externally.

- Have project management experience where you have owned customer outcomes
