Version 1.16.1

Version 1.16.1 clarifies some potential conflicts we saw initially with respect to PHP versioning of the v1.16 release. PHP 5.5 or higher is required for Seriously Simple Podcasting and our integrated hosting platform.  You can work with your hosting provider to ask them to upgrade the PHP version of your web host.
