Kim has extensive experience in customer support and customer success in her previous roles with Inventory Lab and with Conferences.io.
Kim brings to Castos a unique perspective from these work experiences as well as her passion for microcopy, incredible User Experience, and a dedicated focus on accessibility in all our products.
Kim joins Eileen Violini in our support team to allow Castos to continually raise the bar when it comes to experience that customers expect from Castos and our products.
